KAGEDEV e.V. attaches importance to protecting the personal data of visitors and applicants. This section describes, in general terms, the processing carried out on this site.

Data collected

When you use a form on the site (eligibility test, contact, interest in a training programme or occupation), we only collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, contact details (phone/WhatsApp and/or email), and your answers to the eligibility test or the relevant form (for example: level of education, project, sector of interest).

Legal basis and purpose

This data is processed on the basis of your consent, for the sole purpose of responding to your request and supporting your mobility project to Germany. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Audience measurement (analytics)

The site uses an anonymous session identifier, stored temporarily in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage), to measure visitors' journeys on the site (for example: viewing the test, submitting a form). This identifier is regenerated with each new browsing session, is not linked to any identifiable personal data, and does not involve any advertising tracking cookie or sharing with third parties.

Data retention

Your data is kept for the period necessary to manage your application. For candidates who have created a profile, it is deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the service.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data, as well as a right to object and to data portability. To exercise these rights, you may contact us:
