GOAL Program — KAGEDEV

GOAL: from Bonamoussadi to Germany, on your merit.

GOAL stands for « Go en Allemagne » (Go to Germany).

GOAL is a KAGEDEV recruitment program supporting candidates from Douala toward qualified employment in Germany, via the §81a fast-track procedure. Selection is based on your motivation — never on your financial situation.

Currently open to candidates residing in Douala (Bonamoussadi area, DZK language center).

How you are selected

No entry fee, no income filter, no preselection or aptitude test. A single interview assesses your motivation.

No preselection test

GOAL imposes no aptitude or preselection test of its own. Only the DZK center's own level test applies — the same paid test (5,000 FCFA) taken by any DZK student, at your own expense like any student.

Motivation interview

An interview with a GOAL counselor assesses your motivation and your plan — not your bank account.

Selection by cohort

Selected candidates are assigned to a training track and a cohort (recruitment session).

What you finance yourself

Your German classes take place at the DZK center in Bonamoussadi and are paid by you, level by level (never a global A1-to-B2 package). You only pay for the level in progress, at the rates already in force at the DZK center (registration, textbooks, 5,000 FCFA level test, standard or intensive classes) — the same rates as for any DZK student, GOAL or not.

A 2-to-3 installment payment per level is recommended to fit an irregular income — to be arranged with the DZK center at enrollment.

What KAGEDEV guarantees

GOAL's service fee (2,500,000 FCFA) is due ONLY if your visa is approved — never before, never in case of refusal, even a provisional one during an appeal. You never pay this amount at any other point in the journey.

Notarized acknowledgment of debt + guarantor

A notarized deed with a guarantor secures the commitment, signed before the contractual steps proceed.

German wage assignment (Lohnabtretung)

A salary-based repayment mechanism once in Germany, signed at the employer contract stage — the exact terms are presented and explained to you before any signature.

Triggered only upon visa approval

No amount is owed until the visa is approved. The 2,500,000 FCFA claim only exists from that precise point on — not before, not during classes, not while the file is being processed.

Indicative guidance — the exact terms of the acknowledgment of debt, the guarantor, and the wage assignment (percentage still pending legal validation) are detailed and explained to you individually before any signature.

No guarantee of obtaining a visa

KAGEDEV does not and cannot guarantee that you will obtain a visa: the final decision belongs exclusively to the competent German authorities. GOAL supports you at every step (training, employer matching, file preparation, appeal in case of refusal) but never promises an outcome that does not depend on KAGEDEV.

In case of visa refusal

If your visa is refused, KAGEDEV files an appeal on your behalf. For the entire duration of the appeal, you owe nothing under the GOAL service fee.

If the refusal is confirmed definitively after appeal, you owe NOTHING under GOAL's 2,500,000 FCFA service fee. Only the class fees already paid to the DZK center remain your responsibility, just like any language course taken independently of the program.

The GOAL journey, step by step

  1. Application submitted

You submit your application online (below).

  2. Selected

Motivation interview (no preselection test), then assignment to a training track and a cohort.

  3. Classes in progress

You attend German classes at the DZK center, level by level, at your own expense like any student.

  4. B2 level validated

The level required for the procedure is confirmed.

  5. Employer contract + guarantee signed

Employer matching, contract signed, guarantee (acknowledgment of debt + wage assignment) formalized.

  6. Visa decision

Visa approved: the GOAL service fee (2,500,000 FCFA) becomes due, for the first time. Visa refused: appeal, then final refusal = nothing is owed.
